Organizations often need help to keep priorities front and center. Sometimes this is the case if there is a staff transition, you have a plan in place but it is hard to know where to start, or you have identified a new initiative but current staffing can’t support it.
Together we identify the issues and the focus of our work and determine the time needed. We form a partnership to figure out how to get everything done. Coaching relationships can range from 2-hour weekly check-in calls with one specific staff member to full-day engagements working with multiple staff members and board members.
Each time we meet, we will review progress toward the established goals and determine the next steps needed. I will help keep you on track and energized and will give you suggestions, tips, and information to support your work going forward.
