Organizations often need help to keep priorities front and center. Sometimes this is the case if there is a staff transition, you have a plan in place but it is hard to know where to start, or you have identified a new initiative but current staffing can’t support it.
Together we identify the issues and the focus of our work and determine the time needed. We form a partnership to figure out how to get everything done. Coaching relationships can range from 2-hour weekly check in calls with one specific staff member to full day engagements working with multiple staff members and board members.
Each time we meet we will review progress toward the established goals and determine next steps needed. I will help keep you on track and energized and will give you suggestions, tips, and information to support your work going forward.
